Job Description
Respond to Customer and Business Partner enquiries via all contact channels i.e. Telephone, Email and Webchat.
Adhere to shift and task schedule according to periodic rosters.
Produce customer correspondence within agreed service levels and quality criteria.
Resolve customer complaints in accordance with our Internal Dispute Resolution or escalate issues outside expertise.
Participate in continuous improvement activities.
Complete compliance training within the set timeframe.
Actively self-manage performance and engage in coaching and training to improve performance.
Adhere to policies, standards and procedures to mitigate risk and meet regulatory guidelines.
Identify and alert Risk Management about any risks within the role.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Graduate Client Services Officer should have:
A relevant degree in finance, business, commerce or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
An eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Basic knowledge of financial services or accounting principles.
Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Solid organisational and time-management skills.
