MYSA is seeking an experienced team leader to manage our social work and NDIS teams. The candidate must have highly developed case management skills, experience providing individualised clinical supervision, chairing case management meetings and be able to develop new and maintain external stakeholder relationships (including attending and contributing to high level government and non-government meetings). The successful individual will develop the critical thinking and clinical skills of our current team of youth workers, social workers and psychologists as well as manage a small case load of clients with high and complex needs. Experience with the NDIS would be advantageous, but not essential.
