Komatsu America Corp is seeking an underground mechanical development service technician to support customers in the Hunter Valley and Mudgee regions.
As a field-based role, you will travel to sites and stay overnight as needed or drive daily if living locally to customer sites.
You will have autonomy to plan your week according to customer requirements. We provide an extensive onboarding program and product training at our training center of excellence to ensure your success.
Job Offer
* Full-time permanent position from Monday to Friday.

Your Skills
* Mechanical trade qualification.
* Experience working underground with development mining equipment.
* Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.

* Support engineering teams during machine commissioning.
* Offer advanced technical support for development equipment in the field.
* Coordinate new product field trials and document results.
* Gather data for Root Cause Analysis activities.
* Engage with stakeholders to identify solutions for customer needs.
