Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our Livestock Career Development Program. This 24-month program is designed to provide the skills and training necessary to become a future leader or technical expert within the Livestock Industry.

* This program offers accelerated learning opportunities to kick-start your career within Livestock.
* You will have the chance to work in both saleyard and branch environments, being mentored and guided by experienced livestock employees and leaders.
* This role includes professional networking opportunities to allow you to socialize with peers and leaders across the business.


Key Responsibilities

* To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent customer service skills and strong negotiation abilities.
* You will also require a strong desire to learn and succeed in the Livestock industry.
* Additional requirements include having completed Year 12, working successfully for a minimum of 24 months within the Agricultural industry, ideally within Livestock, and being willing to relocate at the conclusion or throughout the program.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Successful completion of Year 12.
* Worked successfully for a minimum of 24 months within the Agricultural industry, ideally within Livestock.
* Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or Australian permanent resident.
* Be vaccinated or willing to receive the Q Fever vaccination.
* The ability to work in a team environment.
* Willingness to learn, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and leadership potential.
* Genuine interest and desire to work and learn about the Livestock Industry.
