Job Description
As a Casual Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors at the Fremantle Community Legal Centre. You will provide respectful, professional customer service, respond to phone and front-desk enquiries, and support our team through essential admin tasks and data entry.
You will also prepare and file routine documents, maintain promotional materials, and assist with general office duties. Your strong interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, capable, and community-minded, with a passion for delivering high-quality customer service and supporting the community.

Requirements
