Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain and leading a team of Senior Demand Planners and Planners, this role consolidates regional demand and supply plans into a cohesive, accurate global plan to ensure optimal stock availability and working capital performance.You will drive the monthly S&OP cycle, coordinating with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Finance, and Logistics to align on a unified plan. Strong leadership, development skills, and proficiency with our planning system, Logility, are essential to improve forecast accuracy and in-stock performance across regions and channels.This role is ideal for someone with early leadership experience seeking to develop management skills in a growth-oriented environment.#LI-CG1What You'll Do Lead the monthly S&OP meetings, ensuring data accuracy, highlighting risks and opportunities, and documenting decisions.Set KPIs (forecast accuracy, bias, service level, airfreight spend) for each Planner; monitor and lead corrective actions.Standardize planning policies, calendars, and templates across regions; embed best practices in Logility and NetSuite.Manage demand-supply reconciliation and present scenarios, capacity constraints, and financial implications during S&OP.Oversee demand forecasts for 12–24 months at SKU/channel/country level, incorporating statistical data, promotions, and customer insights.Maintain global inventory health—ensuring right stock at right locations and times, minimizing excess and obsolescence.Drive initiatives to reduce tactical airfreight by improving demand visibility and scenario planning.Lead root cause analysis on stock-outs or over-stocks and implement preventive measures.Conduct regular performance reviews and development plans with Planners.Foster a data-driven, continuous improvement culture aligned with Quad Lock values.Identify resource gaps and build business cases for additional staffing or training.Act as Product Owner for Logility, ensuring data integrity and championing new features.Deliver monthly dashboards on demand, supply, inventory, and service levels.Provide scenario analyses for new product launches, channel expansions, and major sales events.Oversee demand forecasting for B2B channels through the KASC team.What You'll Bring Proven success in leading end-to-end supply chain planning in multi-region, omni-channel retail or wholesale environments, with at least 1 year managing a planning team, preferably globally.Experience with S&OP/IBP, demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory optimization.Track record of improving forecast accuracy and inventory turnover.Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with ERP/planning systems (Logility and NetSuite preferred).Strong communicator capable of aligning diverse stakeholders.People-oriented leader who motivates and develops teams, fostering engagement and continuous learning.Experience leading change and embedding best practices in systems and processes.Relevant tertiary qualifications in business management, logistics, or related fields (preferred).What it’s like to work at Quad Lock At Quad Lock, our customers and our team are our priorities.
