About the Role
We are currently seeking a motivated and professional Car Care Sales Consultant to join our established team at the Lismore Dealership. The role involves delivering an exceptional customer experience and maximizing sales of aftermarket products while maintaining high service standards.
Responsibilities
* Connecting with customers, welcoming them to the dealership, supporting enquiries and delivering an exceptional customer experience, and highlighting the value of protecting their new vehicle.
* Generating income for the dealership from the sale of aftermarket products, paint protection, and associated products.
* Maximizing every sales opportunity through collaboration with the greater team, balancing customer experience and profit goals.
* Providing relevant sales forecast data to maintain an adequate stock of aftermarket products.
* Maintaining an immaculate presentation of the reception and customer lounge areas.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication style (entertaining, focused, or bubbly) and strong interpersonal skills to connect with people.
* Devotion to career with a grounded work‑life balance approach.
* Experience in automotive or sales highly regarded.
* PC and admin savvy – comfortable using various platforms and systems daily.
* Valid driver's licence is essential.
* Availability for a 5‑day week, including Saturdays, with a rotating weekly RDO.
* Ability to collaborate across the group and promote Frizelle Sunshine as a dealer of choice.
