The Opportunity
Our Chevallum showroom is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Showroom Consultant to manage day-to-day showroom obligations and deliver exceptional service. You'll be one of the first points of contact for builders, trades and homeowners, providing technical advice and tailored solutions.
This role requires someone who is comfortable working independently, as you will often be the sole person in the showroom.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist showroom visitors with product selection and queriesHandle phone and web enquiries, prepare quotes and manage follow-upSupport external sales reps with quotations and administrationMaintain CRM updates and sales documentationAchieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
About You
Proven consultative sales experience (retail/showroom or hospitality)Strong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to learn technical product knowledge and industry standardsTech-savvy with MS Office and CRM systemsComfortable working alone and managing the showroom independentlyFull-time availability: Mon–Fri, 8 am–4 pm
