State Administration Manager WA
As the State Administration Manager WA, you'll be the operational heartbeat of our WA region.
You'll manage a small, high-performing team that supports our Executive Team and campuses, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and communication across every corner of our school network.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the state administration support team and coordinate services across multiple campuses.
Provide high-level administrative support to Regional and Campus leaders.
Manage and maintain state-wide policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
Coordinate travel, meetings, conferences, and key student events.
Oversee enrolment data, student management systems (Sentral), and timetable coordination.
Ensure Work Health & Safety compliance and manage state-level contractor and risk requirements.
Administer reporting for State and Federal obligations including Census, NAPLAN, ACARA, and attendance data.
Support onboarding, training, and staff compliance across the state.
Act as a key liaison between the National Team, Regional Support Office, and external education bodies.

About You
Proven experience in school administration or education operations.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Sentral, and database management.
Knowledge of state education systems, WHS compliance, and risk management.
Exceptional time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing volunteer systems, event coordination, and travel logistics.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
