Veritas Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced high volume Payroll Officer to take on an exciting role with a highly prominent organisation. Our client has a strong presence within their industry and they pride themselves on a strong team environment. Ideally you will have worked with multiple Awards, system training on SAP and Kronos available
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, key accountabilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Processing weekly timesheets
- Following up and resolving all payroll related queries
- Processing annual leave, sick leave and long service leave requests
- Maintenance of payroll records
- Calculation of back pays
- Processing all new starters
To be successful for this fantastic role, you will have worked previously in a high volume environment dealing with multiple awards/EBAs. You will have high attention to detail and great time management skills. You will enjoy working as part of a team and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment. You will also love a good laugh and have fun as you work. Fantastic benefits are on offer and working hours are 8am - 4:30pm.
