About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to manage and grow our client base. This permanent full-time opportunity reports directly to our sales director.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience in B2B selling with a solid understanding of sales strategies and processes. Prior experience in eCommerce or retail sectors is highly valued.
Responsibilities include building strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, identifying new business opportunities and developing tailored account development plans aligned to each customer's needs.
Key performance indicators include delivering against individual and team revenue targets, strategically managing rebookers, lapsed accounts and new leads, and maintaining client engagement through regular meetings and communications.
Requirements:
3+ years experience in B2B selling environment
Excellent relationship management and communication skills
Ability to convert leads, overcome objections and manage key accounts
Strong business acumen and ability to manage competing priorities
