As a key member of our dispatch team, you'll be responsible for processing concrete orders, scheduling timely deliveries, and delivering exceptional customer service to our construction clients across Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle inbound customer calls and enquiries
· Accurately process and manage concrete orders
· Schedule and coordinate deliveries with precision
· Liaise with internal teams including sales and credit
· Perform data entry across multiple software systems
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues in real-time
What You'll Bring:
· experience in a call centre environment, preferably within dispatch/logistics/parts/manufacturing
· Full working rights in Australia (required)
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills
· High attention to detail/accuracy
· Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
· Confidence using various software platforms
· Concrete batching experience highly regarded but not essential
Work Hours:
· Monday–Friday: Rotating shifts between 6:00am–4pm
· Saturday: as required
