We're looking for two motivated Plumbing Sales Specialists to join our Bathurst branch.
With back-to-back record months and a strong future ahead, now is the perfect time to join a team where you'll play a key role in supporting trade customers and building lasting relationships.
What You'll Do
* Assist trade customers at the counter with product advice, quotes, and orders.
* Build and manage customer accounts alongside the PCM and 2IC.
* Support branch operations – receipting, inventory management, deliveries, and trade promotions.
* Conduct outbound calls and develop new business in the Bathurst region.
* Contribute to a supportive team culture and help deliver an outstanding customer experience.
What We're Looking For
* Plumbing or trade industry knowledge (preferred, not essential).
* Sales or customer service experience.
* Great communicator with a customer-first mindset.
* Motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow into a long-term career.
* Computer literate and confident with systems.
* A valid driver's licence (forklift licence highly regarded).
