Job Title: Expert Commercial Banking Lawyer

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing commercial banking files, conducting legal research, drafting loan agreements and mortgages, and providing legal support to senior lawyers.
About the Role:
* Manage commercial banking files, including reviewing and analysing financial documents, and advising on commercial lending transactions.
* Conduct thorough legal research to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and provide advice on complex legal issues.
* Draft and review loan agreements, mortgages, and other related documents, ensuring that they are accurate, clear, and concise.
* Collaborate with colleagues to provide exceptional client service, and work closely with senior lawyers to settle files efficiently.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years experience in commercial banking law.
* Excellent knowledge of commercial banking law, including contract law, company law, and property law.
