About the role
We are seeking Experienced Handypeople/Maintenance Officers for an immediate start to join our team at Time Poor Maintenance Pty Ltd in Arana Hills, QLD. Our business operates three Hire A Hubby Franchises in Brisbane and we are looking to expand our team. These are permanent full-time and part-time positions. We are looking for staff who are experienced in residential maintenance and home renovations. You will need to live in Brisbane and be eligible to work in Australia to apply for these roles.
What you'll be doing
* General maintenance and repair work.
* Repairing and replacing doors, windows, floors, roof repairs, tiling and plastering and other maintenance as required.
* Bathroom, Kitchen and Laundry renovations.
* Troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of maintenance issues in residential and commercial settings.
* Providing high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
* Ensuring all work is completed safely and in compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.
What we're looking for
* Minimum of 5 years experience as a handy person/maintenance officer.
* Strong practical skills in general maintenance and carpentry.
* Experience in bathroom and kitchen renovations
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
* Experience using Service M8 not essential but highly desirable
* Good customer service skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
* A valid driver's licence
