As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing change adoption plans, identifying and managing stakeholder relationships, designing and delivering training materials, and leading the execution of change management activities. Your ability to present detailed progress reports and ensure alignment with project objectives is crucial.
About this Role:
* A strong background in HR or Psychology, or PROSCI/CCMP certification, is considered desirable
* Ability to hold Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain a Baseline clearance
