Disability Support Worker (female) - Warwick Farm

Nextt is seeking Disability Support Workers to assist a female participant in Warwick Farm who has a diagnosis of Schizophrenia. The successful candidate must hold a valid driver's licence to provide community access. Duties include assisting with waking up routines, personal care, household chores, prompting medications and breakfast, and providing community access supports such as transport to the depot, shopping centres, and medical appointments.
Available shifts
* Monday - 10:00am to 12:00pm
* Tuesday - 10:00am to 12:00pm
* Wednesday - 10:00am to 3:00pm
* Thursday - 10:00am to 12:00pm
* Friday - 10:00am to 12:00pm
Pay Rates
* Base hourly rate: $35.15
* Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $38.67
* Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday) $39.37
* Saturday: $49.21
* Sunday: $63.27
* Public holiday: $77.33
