We are looking for an experienced and motivated Special Counsel (10+ years' PAE) to join the Melbourne Real Estate team at Gadens, a particular interest in property development would be amazing, but not essential.Your roleGadens is recognised as one of Australia's leading real estate law practices.
The team is dynamic, collaborative, supportive and high performing.The role will enable you to work for developers on significant mixed use, residential, greenfield, and industrial developments – from concept to completion.
You will also work on strategic transactions, including large acquisitions and disposals of commercial property for our property clients, many of which are listed or institutional clients.
We are on the panel for Stockland, Mirvac, Dexus – just to name a few.You will be working directly with a Partner and their team to advise on property and development transactions.This position would suit a Special Counsel with 10+ years of post-admission experience who has a broad property skillset with experience and an interest in property development.
You will enjoy working collaboratively across the team and with our clients.While taking guidance and leadership from experienced practitioners, you will need to use your initiative and will have direct client contact.
