The role involves assisting senior engineers in planning, designing, and executing engineering projects, collecting and analyzing data to support engineering decisions and project outcomes, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, creating and maintaining technical documentation, reports, and drawings, identifying and solving engineering problems to improve processes and product quality, and ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Recent graduate of a tertiary degree in Electrical Engineering. Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia. Previous student vacation/internship experience ideally in a consulting environment highly desired. Experience working within a team in retail, hospitality or customer service industries highly desired. Possesses a strong desire to learn and grow professionally. Innovative thinkers and problem-solvers. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Excellent rapport building skills and desire to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.
