Job Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Exercise Physiologist to join our Allied Health team, providing services in client homes and a Seniors Gym.
The successful candidate will support the development, implementation and review of strength and balance programs tailored to each client's needs and goals, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients with diverse backgrounds and requirements.
This is a full-time opportunity located in Sydney, working with a dynamic team that values collaboration and mutual respect.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive health screenings and functional re-assessments to identify client needs and develop targeted exercise programs.
* Facilitate, monitor and review group and individual exercise programs to ensure they meet client goals and objectives.
* Work collaboratively with clients, families, colleagues and other services to provide holistic care and support.
Requirements:
* Degree in Exercise Physiology or equivalent qualification.
* Australian Driver's License and access to own vehicle for travel between client locations.
* Proven experience working in Aged Care environment with a focus on strength and balance programs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
* Computer skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook, with proficiency in data entry and record-keeping.
