We are inviting a welcoming and confident Door/Memberships Attendant to join us full time at our New Lambton site.
What you will do
* Greet members and guests with warmth and professionalism
* Ensure all visitors sign in in line with regulatory requirements
* Share information about our facilities, services, and upcoming events
* Promote and process Wests memberships
* Verify identification for team members, contractors, and visitors
* Monitor and uphold Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements
* Work closely with Security and Duty Managers when managing refusals of entry
* Support safe practices and ensure compliance with current regulations
This role operates across a 7-day rotating roster, including day, afternoon, and overnight shifts, to support our venue operations.
What you will bring
You enjoy welcoming people and creating positive first impressions. You communicate clearly, remain calm under pressure, and approach compliance with integrity and care.
* A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate & Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) certificate
* Confidence engaging with a broad range of people
* Sound judgement and a respectful, professional approach
* Experience in a similar role within hospitality or licensed venues is highly regarded.
