WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you:
have a minimum of 6 months' [or more] post-qualification experience as a registered Australian/NZ patent attorney OR trainee patent attorney with minimum 18 months' experience OR are an overseas qualified patent attorney currently nearing qualification in Australia/NZ;
have a degree or higher qualification in ENGINEERING (biomedical, electrical, mechanical aeronautical, telecommunications and/or computer engineering) OR SCIENCE (Chemistry, Physics, Medical, Biology) OR IT/COMPUTER SCIENCE;
have hands-on experience in prosecuting/drafting mechanical patents [essential] and some opposition experience [desirable];
have strong drafting, technical, analytical + communication/people skills + strong commercial acumen;
