Key Responsibilities:
1. Learning Management System administration, configuration, and reporting capability.
2. Assist with mapping the future state of the LMS.
3. Provide subject matter expertise input to the draft Project Plan.
4. Support the team in a data cleansing exercise.
5. Create and assign core and mandatory curricula.
6. Develop mapped learning curricula against identified roles.
7. Assist in the development of SOPs and LMS training videos.
8. Establish a system reporting framework for Business Units.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
9. Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors LMS administration.
10. Knowledge of learning and development principles.
11. Proficiency in system configuration and reporting.
12. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
