We are seeking an experienced Mobile Crushing Leading Hand to join our Crushing and Haulage team.
This is a hands‐on leadership role where you will work closely with the Mobile Crushing Supervisor to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous crushing operations. You will play a key role in coordinating daily activities, supporting operators, and maintaining plant performance across mobile crushing circuits.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Lead daily crushing and screening operations to meet production targets
* Supervise and support operators, ensuring safe and efficient work practices
* Conduct inspections, fault‐finding, and preventative maintenance
* Perform minor repairs and escort major breakdowns
* Operate mobile plant including loaders and water carts
* Coordinate shift handovers and communicate with key stakeholders
* Manage spare parts, consumables, and inventory levels
* Maintain accurate maintenance and inspection records
* Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with site procedures
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
* Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a mining environment
* Strong knowledge of crushers, screens, conveyors, and mobile crushing plants
* Experience supervising small teams in a production environment
* High level of fault‐finding and problem‐solving ability
* Competency operating loaders and water carts
* Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
