The Role:
This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, working closely with distributors, retailers, zoos, and wildlife organizations to expand market presence and achieve ambitious growth targets.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
* Build and manage relationships with zoos, wildlife parks, aquariums, breeders, and specialty retailers.
* Identify new markets and distribution opportunities, including international expansion.
* Lead negotiations with key accounts and strategic partners.
* Mentor and guide a sales team, driving performance through clear KPIs.
* Collaborate with product, nutrition, and logistics teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
* Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and regulatory developments to shape strategy.
