* Oversee goods received and delivered to the Maintenance/Engineering Department, ensuring efficient supply chain management.
* Authorize payment for invoices and manage credit processes effectively.
* Monitor and review stock quantities, prices, and material utilization to optimize resource allocation.
* Negotiate well-priced products and timely deliveries to meet business needs.
* Ensure adequate stocking levels for critical spare parts associated with the Processing Plant, minimizing downtime.
* Provide general support to the Engineering Team with data entry and quality auditing tasks.
* Enhance safe work practices and workplace environments through proactive measures.
* Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) consistently with organizational policies and procedures.
* Assist in developing and maintaining Quality documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations.
