Human Resources Consultant
Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality HR advisory services in a healthcare setting
* Hybrid working to 4 days in office, 1 day WFH
* Join a team of 12,000+ professionals across APAC and experience a place of challenge, opportunity, and reward, with opportunities for growth and flexible benefits
* Support Fiona Stanley Hospital employees and leaders in interpreting and advising on industrial instruments
* Advise and execute position management processes including position creation and position reclassification
* Assist in advising and executing change management processes
* Complete permanency reviews
* Advise and execute simple policies and procedures
* Oversee simple non-work-related fitness for work processes
* Advise on the resolution of simple grievance processes
* Advise on the execution of simple performance management processes
* Assist with organisation-wide projects and initiatives
* Work with a portfolio of approximately 3,000 employees
* Ensure compliance with standards and Key Performance Indicators

Ideal skills and experience
* Demonstrated human resource experience (preferably in HR administration, HR officer or HR consultant positions)
* Demonstrated strong customer service focus with the ability to build relationships
* Demonstrated high proficiency in technology, with the ability to quickly adapt and learn multiple new systems
* Demonstrated flexibility and pragmatic problem-solving skills
* Demonstrated eagerness to learn and coachability
* Demonstrated resilience in a fast-paced environment
* Demonstrated strong attention to detail balanced against speed
* Strong motivation and determination to achieve outcomes and deliverables
