As a Payments Officer, you will be responsible for handling general daily deposit and withdrawal transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This entry to mid-level role provides comprehensive training, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills in treasury operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process daily deposit and withdrawal transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
* Reconcile transaction records and resolve discrepancies.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all settlement activities.
* Collaborate with internal teams to address issues and streamline processes.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
* Assist in the development and implementation of treasury procedures.
* Assist with system enhancements and process improvements initiatives.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in cash/payment transactional roles is preferred.
* Previous experience with crypto payment transactions is advantageous.
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant financial software.
