Role – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant
Location: Brisbane, Australia
Salary: AUD 150,742- 171,215 (Annual Gross)
Please Note:- The above salary range is only indicative and maybe subject to suitable enhancements, based on internal company processes.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to lead the technical design, development, and deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions for a prominent education services client in Australia. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Dynamics 365 architecture, custom development, and integration across modules, with a strong understanding of the unique operational and regulatory requirements of the education sector.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Participate in Discovery workshops with Customer and provide them with technical feasibility and thought leadership on different requirements
* Create Solution Design for Dynamics 365 CRM modules as per project requirements.
* Deliver high quality code deliverables for a module including configurations and customizations, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty
* Create plugins, workflows and work with Azure Services like Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Key Vault etc.
* Leading the activities for development of Dynamics 365 CRM instances
* Work with Solution Architects to design and develop integrations with Dynamics 365 CRM modules
* Create Data Migration Plan and lead the data migration activities from legacy applications to Dynamics 365 CRM using the required tools.
Skill / Competencies / Experience:
ESSENTIAL
* Good knowledge of technology landscape to be able to guide team.
* Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
PREFERRED
* Has experience of at least 8 years as Developer, Technical Lead or Solution Designer on D365 CRM platform
* Working experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
ADDITIONAL
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
