At Kenway & Clark, our parts team plays a vital role in keeping customers working. Supporting agricultural machinery, construction equipment and implements, this role is about practical problem-solving, good product knowledge and being someone the workshop and customers can rely on.
We’re looking for a Parts Interpreter to join our Moree team. This role suits someone with hands-on mechanical or parts experience, or strong customer service and stock/inventory management experience, who understands how important accuracy and reliability are in a parts environment.
About the role
You’ll work closely with technicians, customers and suppliers to identify and source parts, manage orders and keep workflows running smoothly. It’s a practical, busy role where accuracy and experience matter.
What you’ll be doing
* Interpreting parts for agricultural, construction and implement equipment
* Supporting workshop technicians and external customers
* Identifying correct parts using catalogues and dealer systems
* Maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory records
* Working with service and sales teams to support customer outcomes
* Helping keep the parts department organised and efficient
What we’re looking for
* Experience in one or more of the following:
o Parts interpreting or mechanical / workshop roles
o Customer service in a technical or trade environment
o Stock control, warehousing or inventory management
* A working understanding of agricultural or construction equipment (or the ability to learn quickly)
* Strong attention to detail and organisation
* Comfortable using computers and parts systems
* Reliable, practical and team-focused
