As a Microsoft EUC Engineer you will deliver, and transition secure private cloud end user computing solutions using primarily Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver endpoint and device management solutions using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) and Omnissa Workspace ONE as unified endpoint management solutions that integrate access control, application management, and device security across any platform.
* Implement & deploy Windows 11 Standard Operating Environments (SOE), including Autopilot, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and security baselines.
* Execute the enterprise application packaging and deployment process, including Win32 application packaging MSI, EXE, and PowerShell based installers; application detection logic, deployment rings, and rollback strategies.
* Integrate EUC solutions with security solutions leveraging Zero Trust device controls.
* Contribute to high quality technical documentation, including HLDs, LLDs, build guides, and operational runbooks.
* Be a member of the EUC workstreams end to end, supporting transition from project delivery into managed services.
* Participate in technical workshops, gather requirements, and present solution designs.
Skills & Experience
* MECM / SCCM Architecture & Deployment
* Omnissa Workspace ONE
* Windows 11 SOE, Autopilot, and device configuration & compliance policies, Group Policy, Secure "follow me" print services integration
* Enterprise application packaging using Microsoft and or third party tools
* Current or Past experience with VDI platforms from Microsoft, Citrix, VMware
* Current or Past experience with Private Cloud platforms from Microsoft, Google, VMware, Nutanix
* Proven experience delivering EUC solutions in private cloud, hybrid, or restricted environments
* Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and application packaging
* Experience working in client facing consulting roles, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
* Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
* Microsoft certifications such as MD 102, MS 102, SC 300, MD-100, MD-101
* 2+ years' experience delivering Enterprise End User Computing or Modern Endpoint Management solutions
* Experience delivering in government, defence, or regulated environments (security clearance highly regarded)
Requirements & Location
* Australian Citizen due to project and client requirements
* Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in a secure location in Sydney or Melbourne
Education
Likely possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, computer engineering, information system management or a related field.
You are an experienced technologist and are comfortable working with a technical team with a track record of solution design & delivery, adept at interfacing with clients, assessing their goals and objectives, and translating ideas into strategic and practical solution recommendations. You exhibit critical and analytical thinking and are able to accept out-of-the-box solutions, demonstrating excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders both verbally and in written form.
