As part of Victoria's largest Early Years Management provider, we're proud to support over 93 services and 700+ educators across the state who inspire, nurture, and empower young learners every day.
We're now looking for a Part Time Certificate III or Diploma Educator — or someone who's currently studying toward their qualification — to join our vibrant team and help create inspiring learning experiences for young children.
Where you'll work
The close-knit team at Drouin Kindergarten (Adam Court), is an Exceeding-rated service and provides a warm, community-focused program that reflects the values of our local families. This role would suit an educator who enjoys building strong relationships and bringing creativity and connection to a team environment.
Role Details:
Certificate III or Diploma Educator
Friday – 8:30am to 4:00pm
7 contact hours non-contact hours = 8.75 hours per week
What You'll Do
As a valued member of our teaching team, you'll:
* Support play-based learning programs that nurture each child's growth and development
* Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
* Create safe, inclusive environments where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired
* Work collaboratively with your team to deliver exceptional education and care
What You'll Bring
* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively studying toward it)
* A genuine interest in supporting children's development and commitment to ongoing learning
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
* Great teamwork, communication, and reliability
