The Body Shop Australia is currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager. You'll be an inspirational leader with enthusiasm for our brand and believe in the way we do business. With beauty retail expertise that is second to none, you will drive the store, and the team to deliver retail excellence, strong sales results, and engaging customer experience.

Current Salary Based on Store Grading
Key duties
* Customer Experience – coach the team to achieve exceptional customer service standards in partnership with the store manager. Oversee operations and commercial practices of the store, both front and back of house, while maintaining harmony and efficiency on the shop floor. Lead a customer‐focused store experience daily and help develop consumer loyalty and awareness to build The Body Shop brand.
* Delivery – possess retail beauty expertise and learn/use internal systems. Analyse performance to manage the commercial side of the store, monitor and manage change, and help control and meet sales/performance targets. Build strong relationships with customers, the team, and the manager. Maintain knowledge of the beauty market, competitors, and passion for our products.
* Teamwork and People Management – be a team player, assist the Store Manager, quickly resolve issues, and attract, retain, and grow people who reflect the brand.
