About the Role
This is a casual Disability Support Worker position in Taree, where you will provide person-centred support to individuals with disabilities in their homes or the community.
As a Disability Support Worker, you will be working one-on-one with clients, providing high intensity daily personal activities (HIDPA) support, medication assistance, and manual handling mobility assistance.
You will foster client choice, expression, and daily engagement, while also building and maintaining supportive relationships with clients and their families.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated resilience and a positive attitude, an unrestricted New South Wales driver's licence, and access to a reliable vehicle.
They will also hold a current First Aid Certificate, including HLTAID003 or HLTAID011.
