About the Role:The Relationship Manager is responsible for proactively managing Small-Law-Market accounts, building and nurturing relationships and within a defined territory. The role will be tasked with identifying opportunities to grow accounts, increasing portfolio value via new solutions and securing longer-term agreements, and driving customer retention.This exciting strategic role enables you to sell market leading legal information and technology applications relevant to the Small & Boutique Law Market law firm space.This is a permanent full-time contract role to be based in either Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney with the possibility of combined home/office-based arrangements to have flexible work-life balance.Responsibilities Relationship management with all customers in the territory virtually and in person.Drive customer platform adoption, delivering on customers' success investment metricsAchieving targets by retaining and growing existing customer accounts.Manage opportunities proactively in line with renewal dates and inbound leads.Develop an annual territory strategic plan for all customers in designed territory.Provide customer insights and customer analysis as required.Requirements:Degree qualified with strong relationship management/account management experience ideally within legal / SAAS / software services sales industries.Demonstrated experience using solution and consultative selling approaches.B2B selling experience to value of $100K plus.Territory and stakeholder management at executive level with the ability to nurture relationships at a strategic level.Excellent and conflict resolution skills and proven ability to negotiate.Ability to write complex correspondence and proposals.Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy.Strong numeracy skills, sales reporting and CRM management with proficiency in MS Excel.What's in this role for you?A supportive, passionate and fun team to work with and a great corporate culture that invests in its people.
