The Team - Performance Improvement
A&M’s Performance Improvement Practice partners with Private Equity and Corporate clients globally to deliver end‑to‑end support across the investment lifecycle. Our work spans pre‑ and post‑M&A engagements, operational and cost transformation, supply‑chain and manufacturing excellence, turnaround and restructuring, interim management, and CFO‑level finance leadership support.

How You Will Contribute
As a Senior Associate within the Performance Improvement Practice, you will support multiple high‑profile and complex engagements, delivering rapid, tangible results with a focus on bottom‑line improvement. Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting comprehensive research and analysis: Execute structured research and data analysis using primary and secondary sources to identify key themes, trends, and insights aligned to project hypotheses and client objectives.
* Developing financial models: Build and review detailed financial and operational models, applying robust quality assurance controls to ensure accuracy, reliability, and insightful outputs that support data‑driven decision‑making.
* Producing high‑quality client deliverables: Synthesize complex analyses into clear, concise, and compelling presentations, reports, and other client materials that effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
* Supporting business development: Contribute to proposals, thought leadership, and industry or company analyses by identifying client needs, helping shape tailored solutions, and articulating A&M’s value proposition.
* Collaborating across teams: Build strong working relationships within the Performance Improvement practice and across A&M, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
We are seeking high‑performing individuals with:
* 3‑5 years’ experience in a consulting or professional services environment with at least one promotion.
* A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related quantitatively focused discipline with strong academic performance.
* Strong analytical capabilities with logical, structured thinking and creative problem‑solving skills.
* Ability to extract meaningful insights from large, incomplete, or unstructured data sets.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage at all levels—from operational teams to senior executives.
* Highly developed interpersonal and teamwork skills with a results‑oriented, entrepreneurial mindset.
* Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
* Fluency in written and spoken English.
* Willingness to travel as required.
