Working closely with the HR Manager, you will assist across a broad range of HR activities while helping maintain a positive and engaging culture.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As our People & Culture Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting key HR tasks, including but not limited to:
* Assist with administration and maintenance of HR systems and employee records.
* Support recruitment activities, including job ads, shortlisting, interview coordination, and reference checks.
* Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for staff.
* Provide general HR support and respond to employee enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Support performance management and staff development processes (eg; scheduling reviews, tracking training).
* Help coordinate wellbeing, engagement and culture initiatives that align with company values, including supporting internal events and team‐building activities that bring people together.
* Assist with payroll preparation (experience with MYOB or Deputy desirable but not essential).
* Help ensure compliance with employment legislation, awards, and internal policies.
* Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to support HR activities and business needs.
* Facilitate training and development initiatives.
ABOUT YOU – SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Our ideal candidate will bring:
* A qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently working toward one).
* 1‐2 years' experience in an HR or People & Culture support role.
* Strong organisational and administrative capability, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
* A sound understanding of core HR processes, employment legislation, and best practice principles.
* Experience using HRIS or payroll systems (MYOB and Deputy advantageous but not essential).
* Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, with the ability to build trust and credibility across all levels of the business.
* A proactive, solutions‐focused mindset and a genuine willingness to learn and grow.An interest in employee engagement and contributing to a connected, high‐performing workplace culture.
* A natural inclination to be visible and involved in the business — someone who enjoys building relationships through everyday interactions and helping create meaningful moments of connection across the team.
