Regional Team Manager
The Regional Team Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the success of their region, driving customer satisfaction and employee development. This position requires strong leadership skills to manage a portfolio of 12 stores, fostering a high-performing team environment.
Main responsibilities include:
* Leading by example and promoting a customer-centric mindset.
* Driving sales growth and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Providing coaching and training to address skill gaps and enhance capabilities.
* Analyzing store results and identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Maintaining visual merchandising and operational standards across stores.
* Educating Store Managers on wage management, rostering, and operational compliance.
* Collaborating with Recruitment to attract and onboard brand-aligned talent.
* Developing succession plans and retaining top performers through internal progression.
Requirements
We seek an experienced multi-site retail leader with at least 3 years' experience and strong sales management and business acumen.
Candidates should possess a passion for customer experience and team development, be skilled in data analysis, and exhibit strategic thinking and hands-on leadership.
