About the Role
This is a full time, office-based role with weekly on-site visits. You’ll manage multiple projects and take full ownership across planning, delivery, and completion.
Perfect for a mid-level PM with 2–3+ years of experience who has a strong foundation and is ready to step up. A trade background, particularly carpentry, is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee construction programs
- Coordinate procurement, scheduling, and project planning
- Lead contract administration cost control, and budget management
- Ensure compliance with NCC, WHS, and quality standards
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors and consultants
- Maintain high standards of site performance and discipline
- Communicate professionally with clients, trades, and internal teams
- Resolve issues efficiently with sound technical judgment
- Manage materials, equipment, and overall site logistics
Who Will Thrive Here
- 2–3+ years’ experience as a Project Manager
- Robust in planning, programming, reporting, and stakeholder management
- Carpentry or broader trade background highly advantageous
