Key Role: Administration Support Officer
This is a dynamic opportunity to work within a Government Department.
As an Administration Support Officer, you will utilise a range of software programs and information management systems and databases to carry out duties associated with accounts payable processes and finance related activities. Your key responsibilities include:
* Capture and manage financial information into electronic systems;
* Track invoices for payment and liaise with external parties regarding discrepancies;
* Review procurement documentation and complete requisitions and variations in the Departments finance system;
* Provide timely and accurate documents and maintain complex spreadsheets;
* Prepare and format reports and statistical information.
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a similar position, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to quickly learn IT systems, and work effectively in a team environment.
