Description You will make an impact in the following ways: Facility management, compliance and maintenance Monthly inspections to be actioned and recorded e.g. ladder inspections, stairways, walkways etc.Environmental compliance - Coordination and management of branch compliance including but not limited to tank farm maintenance, water quality, organising drain warden replacements, etc. and reactive actions such as managing the oil leak undergroundReview and Analysis of Service department’s budget and expenses - Understand where there may be areas to improve on expenses such as consumables, tooling purchases, etcConsumables management - Ordering and maintaining inventory of workshop consumables (degreaser, brake clean, safety PPE, Loctite’s etc.)Mobile and fixed plant maintenance – including but not limited to organising contractor’s to undergo service and maintenance, logging actions using existing tracker systems.
