Role Overview
Maintenance responsibility falls under the Hotel Services Department. The role involves undertaking routine and preventative non-trade maintenance to mechanical plant, machinery, buildings, and equipment, and maintaining the gardens and grounds of the Campbell Town Health and Community Service facility.
Responsibilities
- Undertake minor/non-trade repairs and alterations to building, equipment, fixtures and fittings
- Perform outside cleaning as per maintenance schedule and assist with cleaning duties where scaffolding or a ladder is required; this includes cleaning of fleet cars
- Maintain lawns, gardens, waste and dirty linen removal

Details of appointment
Fixed term, casual, position working as and when required, commencing as soon as possible for approximately 24 months. Hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full-time, part-time, and casual vacancies.
Salary and benefits
Salary: $63,110 to $66,049 per annum (Pro rata). Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
