Our client is eekeing a Service Tehnician, to provide in-house and on-site technical support to customers
by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems and completing repairs to a high standard.
Main Responsibitlities include;
- Perform general maintenance and repair work on both client and company owned equipment, including X-Ray equipment, scanners, milling machines, dental chairs etc..
- Manage/trouble-shoot general client service calls.
- Maintain new equipment plugging/testing.
- Assist the Technical Service Department Manager in the coordination of pre-delivery inspections and despatch requirements for equipment customer orders, when and as required.
- Sourcing of non-stock items for equipment service requirements and communication of requirement to Service Manager for raising of Purchase Orders.
- Complete the appropriate paperwork for repairs.
- Prepare equipment for overseas repair.
- Test and ensure rentals are ready for reuse.
- Assist with onsite repairs deliveries and installation as requi red.
- Advise Technical Service Manager of any discrepancies in stock levels of spare parts.
- Keep workstation clean and tidy.
- Perform repairs and maintenance to the highest of quality and standards.
Computer Software Skills:
Be familiar and confident with computer business packages including:
- Microsoft Office-Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Salesforce (Can train in Salesforce)
Qualifications/Certifications:
- Restricted Electrical License and Radiation license - or prepared to obtain in due course
- Electronics certificate or a knowledge
