THE ROLE:
* Manage a portfolio of 200 properties, ensuring smooth performance
* Partner with a VA for end-to-end portfolio support
* Handle landlord and tenant communication
* Coordinate maintenance and liaise with trades
* Assist with leasing when required
* Maintain compliance and tenancy administration
* Work alongside an inspections officer for routines
WHAT YOU WILL HAVE:
* Minimum 2+ years' experience in managing a portfolio
* Strong ability to handle conflict and resolve challenging situations professionally
* Holds a current and valid driver's licence
* Possesses a QLD Real Estate Certificate (current and compliant)
