About the Business
Specsavers Wangaratta and Benalla are well-established audiology businesses that commenced trade in May 2021. They offer a comprehensive range of services and products to their customers.
Your Role
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day operations, and contributing to the growth and development of the business.
Benefits
* No sales targets or product-related KPIs.

* Full business and administrative support from Specsavers.
* Guaranteed salary ranging between $100,000 - $110,000 plus super (paid fortnightly), plus annual profit (paid quarterly once the business is making profit) and the future value of your shares in the business you develop and build (paid when you retire from the business).
* 5 weeks annual leave + birthday leave.
* Two free pairs of glasses per year.
Requirements
* Hold or be eligible to hold a qualified practitioner number as a full member of the appropriate professional body.
* Two years clinical experience post obtaining QP.
* A high level of interpersonal skills and communication skills with the ability to build strategic working relationships.
* Ability to lead and work collaboratively to achieve desired business outcomes.
