* Prepare and deliver presentations tailored to client needs.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
The Successful Applicant
* Highly autonomous and results‐driven sales professional with strong experience in the mining sector.
* Skilled at managing a large, remote territory, building strong relationships, and converting new business opportunities.
* Confident engaging with engineers, contractors, owners, and specifiers to secure favourable product specifications.
* Technically competent, with the ability to understand and communicate the value of industrial or mechanical solutions used in mining applications.
* Demonstrates strong planning, reporting, and forecasting capabilities, including managing weekly reports, budgets, CRM updates, and sales targets.
* Excels working independently from a home office while maintaining high levels of professionalism and accountability.
* Strong communicator and educator who can train and support distributors, specifiers, and contractor partners.
* Analytical and commercially astute, able to interpret market conditions, spot opportunities, and resolve customer issues effectively.
* Resilient, self‐motivated, and disciplined - thrives in remote working conditions typical of mining regions such as the Pilbara.
