Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our business and play a critical role in supporting the FC Operations team for our MEL1 FC located in Dandenong South.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining schedules, planning events, coordinating meetings and conferences for the FC, conducting clerical duties, including filing, full office management, responding to emails, preparing documents and presentations using graphics, graphs, and internal information and platforms.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all FC activities, including but not limited to, meeting minutes, action items, and task lists.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with senior management, peers, and outside contacts.
* Provide administrative support to the General Manager and leadership team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
* Collaborate closely with Workforce Management, Maintenance, Human Resources, and other teams within the FC to achieve business objectives.
* Assist with internal communications for associates and leadership among multiple platforms, interfaces, and programs.
Basic Qualifications:
* Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* 2+ years administrative support experience in a related field.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines.
* Availability to work Monday to Friday and overtime as needed.
