The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Service and Administration Officer to join our friendly and supportive team.
This is a frontline customer service and administration role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, helping people, and being part of a close-knit workplace. You will be the key point of contact for our guests, supporting service enquiries while ensuring every customer enjoys a welcoming and professional experience.
You do not need previous automotive experience. We value attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn just as much as skills.
What You Will Be Doing
* Delivering a high level of customer service and guest satisfaction
* Acting as a positive ambassador for Charters Towers Toyota and the Toyota brand
* Handling customer enquiries for vehicle servicing, repairs, and parts
* Supporting service administration and coordinating with the workshop team
* Identifying parts and components using Toyota systems
* Ensuring customer needs are clearly communicated so vehicles are fixed right the first time
* Assisting with general administration and day-to-day dealership operations
About You
You will thrive in this role if you have:
* Experience in customer service, administration, retail, or sales, automotive experience is not essential
* A friendly, professional, and approachable manner
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good time management, organisation, and problem-solving abilities
* Confidence using computers and learning new systems
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic automotive knowledge is an advantage, but not required. Full training is provided.
