About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated trainee to join our team in a part-time float position, working across all age groups to support our educators and children. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and is eager to learn through hands-on experience while completing their Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Position Details:
Hours: Part-time and Full-time, hours per week
Study Support: Full support provided to complete your Certificate III while you work
What You'll Do:
* Assist educators in providing high-quality care and education
* Help with daily routines, activities, and supervision of children
* Work collaboratively with the team and build positive relationships
* Learn and grow in a supportive, nurturing environment

* A genuine interest in early childhood education
* A friendly, reliable, and proactive attitude
* Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
* No prior experience required – just a love for working with children
Eligibility:
* Must be willing to enrol in Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
* Must have (or be willing to obtain) a Working With Children Check
