YOUR ROLE
As part of this winning Property/Projects Team being INSPIRED+MENTORED by an impressive well-known industry leading partner, you will relish the challenge and fulfilment acting for top clients (including high profile government and corporate clients) advising/resolving disputes relating to:
* High-end property transactions - disposals/acquisitions, developments, project finance and structuring, joint ventures, land access/use, planning and environmental due diligence, compulsory acquisition;
* Commercial/retail/industrial leasing;
* Environmental/Planning issues.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
* are an admitted solicitor with 2+ years' experience (up to Associate level) in property law (essential) + some broader commercial law/environmental+ local government/planning law (preferable);
* have strong technical/drafting and negotiation skills and high commercial acumen;
* have an inner drive to constantly learn and improve and be the best you can be;
* are client-centric, open-minded and creative, a strong team player (essential);
